Fast summary

Accounts & access

• You must provide accurate contact and billing information and keep credentials confidential.
• Accounts are for you or your organization. Do not share logins outside your team.
• We may suspend access if we detect security issues or violations of these Terms.

Billing, upgrades, cancellations

• Plans renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel from the dashboard.
• Upgrades take effect immediately; any prorated charges are handled by our payment processor.
• Downgrades limit features at the next renewal. Embedded projects remain live, but premium capabilities lock.
• Taxes and fees may apply depending on your region; you are responsible for them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Use PinPic for spam, scams, or content that is discriminatory, exploitative, or illegal.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or try to circumvent account limits.
• Misrepresent PinPic by implying endorsement without written permission.

Intellectual property

All PinPic trademarks, software, and documentation remain our exclusive property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription.

Disclaimers & liability

PinPic is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or laws. After termination we delete or archive your data per our Privacy Policy.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, unless another venue is mutually agreed in writing.
