Test 1: Full Width (100%) - Should Use Vertical Positioning

Image takes 100% of viewport width. Tooltips should appear above/below hotspots.

Test 2: 60% Width - Should Use Vertical Positioning

Image takes 60% of viewport width. Tooltips should appear above/below hotspots.

Test 3: 40% Width - Should Use Horizontal Positioning

Image takes 40% of viewport width. Tooltips should appear left/right of hotspots.

Test 4: Mobile Size (320px) - Should Use Vertical Positioning

Fixed width of 320px (simulating mobile). Should use vertical positioning on small screens.
