🎯 Line Animation Test

📋 What to Look For:

1. Click a hotspot - A colored dot on the image
2. Watch the line - It should visibly draw/grow from the hotspot to the tooltip
3. Animation sequence:
   • Line starts drawing (0.8s duration)
   • Dot appears at connection point (after 0.6s)
   • Tooltip fades in (after 0.5s)
